1. Introduction Welcome to Precision Panes Co. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services. 2. Services Provided Precision Panes Co provides professional exterior cleaning services on a regular or one-off basis, including but not limited to: Window Cleaning Gutter Clearing Fascia & Soffit Cleaning Conservatory Cleaning Pressure Washing Solar Panel Cleaning Render Cleaning Roof Cleaning Service frequency may include 4-weekly, 8-weekly, or one-off cleans depending on customer preference and availability. 3. Minimum Service Charge A minimum service charge of £20 applies to all visits, regardless of property size or number of windows cleaned. 4. 24-Hour Satisfaction Guarantee We take pride in delivering a high-quality service. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your clean, please contact us within 24 hours of the service being completed. We will return and re-clean the affected area free of charge. Requests made after 24 hours may not qualify for a re-clean. 5. Scheduling and Delays We aim to maintain regular service schedules wherever possible. However, delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, staffing, equipment issues, or larger-scale jobs. If delays occur, your clean will be rescheduled as soon as possible. Precision Panes Co cannot guarantee exact cleaning dates. 6. Access to Property Customers must ensure safe and clear access to the property on the scheduled service day. If we are unable to access the property and no prior notice has been given, the full service charge may still apply. Precision Panes Co reserves the right to refuse work where access is unsafe or hazardous. 7. New Customer Commitment All new regular customers agree to a minimum of three scheduled cleans. If a customer cancels before completing the minimum three-clean period, Precision Panes Co reserves the right to charge for the remaining cleans. 8. Cancellations and Skipped Cleans We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests. Same-day cancellations may be charged at full price. Missed appointments due to lack of access may also be charged in full. Repeated skipped cleans or cancellations may result in removal from our regular schedule. 9. Payments Payment is due within 7 days of the service date unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods include: GoCardless Bank Transfer Card Payment Cash (where agreed) Late or unpaid balances may result in suspension of future services. 10. Recurring Service Pricing Prices are based on the agreed service frequency. If cleans are skipped or delayed by the customer beyond the agreed schedule, additional charges may apply due to increased build-up and cleaning time required. 11. Liability While every care is taken during our services, Precision Panes Co is not liable for: Pre-existing damage to windows, frames, seals, gutters, or property Leaks caused by faulty gutters, roofing, or existing structural defects Damage resulting from brittle, aged, loose, or poorly maintained materials Any accidental damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of the service being completed. 12. Weather Conditions For safety and quality reasons, services may be postponed during severe weather conditions including heavy rain, strong winds, snow, or icy conditions. 13. Changes to Terms and Conditions Precision Panes Co reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be made available through our website or upon request. 14.
